CACI's Arabella Dalloz and Paul Langston spoke about using demographics to inform your growth strategy at the recent Nursery World Business Summit, where a key theme raised was the staffing challenge.
To understand the wants and needs of nursery staff, CACI is carrying out free Acorn demographic analysis of staff from across the sector. The analysis findings will be included within a summary report to share with Nursery World subscribers.
