After winning £200 worth of vouchers for gaining Level 5 in the RHS Campaign For School Gardening, children from Springfield Nursery in Barnstaple decided to spend their prize at the local garden centre.
They bought lots of items to enhance the outdoor environment, including rosemary, thyme, mint and marjoram for a new herb border in the sensory garden, fruit trees and bushes to revamp the fruit garden, and some children’s tools and wheelbarrows.
