LEYF in action at the Nursery World Show

The London Early Years Foundation will be a big presence at the Nursery World Show 2017.

LEYF is looking forward to exhibiting at the Nursery World show. In addition to its exhibition stand, it will be giving a number of presentations.

On the Live Theatre stage, LEYF's in-house learning and development expert Gary Simpson will be giving a series of talks, entitled, ‘Be the best you can be’. These sessions will help attendees to develop their confidence by raising awareness of how subtle tweaks to their practice can have a powerful impact on children’s development.

In the Nutrition Zone, David Neil, one of our leading nursery chefs, will be giving cookery demonstrations. One of David’s passions is British Values, and as he creates mouth-watering, locally sourced dishes he will interweave the magic formula to creating successful family mealtimes. Ideal tips for practitioners to pass on to parents.

LEYF is passionate about its approach to childcare and wants to share it with early years practitioners who might be looking to work at a LEYF nursery. To do this LEYF is taking over the Executive Centre on the ground floor of the show venue, which it is turning into a LEYF nursery where visitors can see the nursery set-up and talk about job opportunities. So come and see LEYF at its stand and arrange a time for a visit.
