Old Station Nursery group adds two more settings

The Old Station Nursery group has acquired Premier nurseries’ two settings in Uxbridge (London) and Iver, Buckinghamshire.

The acquisition brings the total number of Old Station Nurseries to 11, offering 607 places. The Oxfordshire based group also runs an out-of-school club.

This is the Old Station Nursery group’s first acquisition since being bought in February by French operator La Maison Bleue. The Old Station Nursery’s former owner, Sarah Steel, stayed on at the group as managing director.

La Maison Bleue was founded in 2004 by Sylvain Forestier and Antonia Ryckbosch.

The Old Station Nursery operates settings throughout Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire.

Sarah Steel said, ‘We are very excited to complete this first acquisition and we have several more planned. They are very busy nurseries, which operate to the same high standards as the rest of our group and we look forward to getting to know all the children, staff and parents at both nurseries.
