One of the biggest concerns is how changes to qualifications andtraining will affect staffing levels, pay and recruitment. This year's review of the EYFS is expected to reflect a consensus infavour, albeit with some concerns.
Apart from reservations about some of the early learning goals, mostmanagers identify a need for more training to bring EYFS delivery up toscratch (pages 15-16). It seems all roads lead back to training.
