The new partnership offers Sky employees a 10 per cent discount on childcare at all Busy Bees nurseries.

With more than 350 Busy Bees nurseries across the country, this scheme is designed to benefit more than 25,000 Sky employees.

Sky hopes that this benefit will help to incentivise parents to return to work following the rise of remote working during the Covid-19 pandemic and its aftermath.

Sky has run its Parents at Sky employee network for over 20 years and this forum helped to identify the need for additional childcare support.

Cheryl Graham, service strategy lead for Parents at Sky, said, ‘By making childcare more accessible for our working parents, we believe this will have a positive impact on our employees’ wellbeing.’
